This standard stresses the importance of a positive environment of the classroom. It is vital to take each learner and their individual needs into account in order to successfully create this environment which is conducive to learning for all students.
My understanding of the keys to a positive classroom environment are demonstrated in my classroom management model below. This paper comprises my personal philosophy of classroom management as well as a detailed description of my management plan of a hypothetical Kindergarten classroom. Finally, I included a brief letter sample that I would send to caregivers of my students which explains my management plans for the upcoming school year. |
